Total Project Value:  R 400 Mill

MBB Consulting Engineers was appointed as the Principal -Agent on this project, acting on behalf of the university to manage the project. The project saw the construction of 17 residences implemented over two phases to provide 2046 beds for students at the University of Fort Hare, Alice Campus.  Funding for this project was secured between the Development Bank of Southern Africa as well as the Department of Higher Education and Training.
