Philippi Fresh Produce Market

Project value: R 32m Location: Philippi, Western Cape Planning, design, procurement, construction monitoring and commissioning of the market with sales floors, offices, ablutions, retailer stalls, cold storage and ripening rooms, export and cold processing facilities. MBB also assisted in the financial training and operational assistance for more than 5 years after hand-over.

Freshwater Fish Processing Facility

Project value: : R 50m Location: Graaff Reinet, Eastern Cape Planning, design and tender documentation for a new freshwater fish processing facility with a capacity of 20 tonnes per day, which included a high throughput manual evisceration line, main and pet food processing lines, industrial kitchen and heat treatment sterilisation of catering size pouches.
